the shirt looks good.. the eyes dont look well.. hmm..
my suggestion is, edit the level/contrast in photoshop before doing vector in illustrator/freehand.. coz there sudnt be such a flat black like in the chest..
neway.. youre doing great for a first try.. keep it up
